Customer Care
At Stanley's Meadow, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners. Our enclosed dog exercise field provides a secure area for dogs to run and play, while our amenities such as benches and water ensure that both dogs and owners are comfortable. We enforce rules for safety to ensure that all dogs and their owners can exercise and socialize with confidence. Responsible pet ownership is essential, and we ask all visitors to clean up after their dogs. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Limit on Dogs:
A maximum of three dogs per household are allowed per booking.
Payment and Cancellation:
All bookings must be prepaid through our online system. Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the booking. Refunds are not available after this period.
Session Duration:
Sessions are available for either 25 or 55 minutes, including a 5-minute buffer for transition. Late arrivals will not receive an extension, ensuring punctuality for subsequent bookings.
Operation Hours:
Stanley's Meadow operates during daylight hours, varying seasonally. Trespassing outside these hours is prohibited, and offenders may be removed and reported to the authorities.
Dog Breeds & Aggression:
All dog breeds are welcome, but XL Bullys or any aggressive dogs must be muzzled and leashed until securely within the field.
Customer Conduct:
Upon arrival, remain in your vehicle until the previous customer exits the booked field. Dogs must be leashed in the parking area until inside the field with the gate closed. Adequate parking space must be maintained, and neighbors' peace respected to avoid complaints about barking dogs.
Hygiene & Safety:
Dog waste must be promptly cleaned up and disposed of in provided bins. Digging is not allowed to maintain field safety. Litter, toys, and uneaten treats must be taken home to prevent hazards to dogs.
Children Policy:
Up to two children may accompany an adult in the exercise field but must remain under supervision at all times. Children are not allowed in the agility field.
Liability Waiver:
Visitors assume all risks associated with using Stanley's Meadow, and we do not accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to persons, animals, or vehicles.
